We’re back this week with yet another fingerlicious recipe that’s bound to make you go Ah-Ha!!

A little spicy, a little curry, a little paratha = a lot of yummy goodness.

INGREDIENTS

  • Fingerlix Lachha Paratha : 2 parathas

  • Fingerlix Sunday Curry / Fingerlix Chettinad Curry : Half pack

  • Refined Oil : 2 tbsp

  • Coriander : 2 tbsp

  • Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp

  • Finely Chopped Onions : 1 onion

  • Finely Chopped Tomatoes : 1 tomato

  • Finely Chopped Green Chillies : 2

  • Curry Leaves : 10 leaves

STEPS

Cook the Fingerlix Lachha Paratha as per the instructions on the box. Shred the cooked parathas into small bits

Pour the refined oil in a deep pan. Heat the oil a little and add the chopped onions, green chillies, tomatoes, and the red chilli powder. Saute it all thoroughly.

Add the Fingerlix Sunday Curry or the Fingerlix Chettinad Curry once the mixture has been sauteed. Add a little water if needed.

Add the shredded Lachha Parathas and saute till they are crispy.

Add the curry leaves and coriander for that extra zing.

Garnish with chopped onions and coriander.

Serve to eat!
