This week we’re adding a special twist to the beloved Anda Bhurjee with the Fingerlix Chettinad Curry.

**Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS

  • • Eggs- 4 nos
    • Chettinad curry – ¼ tub
    • Onions – 3 tbsp
    • Chillies – 1
    • Tomatoes – 3 tbsp
    • Coriander – 1 tbsp

STEPS

Add eggs and Fingerlix Chettinad Curry into a bowl and whisk the mixture well

Sauté the finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and chillies till the onions appear golden brown

Add the Fingerlix Chettinad Curry and egg mixture and scramble the eggs

Add salt and coriander

Garnish with coriander

Serve to devour!
