This week’s speciality is Bissi Belle Bhat. A yummy mixture of rice and sambar made even easier with a Fingerlicious twist.

**Serves: 2-3 people

INGREDIENTS

  • • Fingerlix Sambar- 1 Pack
    • Boiled Rice – 300gms
    • Coriander – 2 tbsp
    • Savoury Boondi – 2 tbsp
    • Rice Papad – 2 nos
    • Desi Ghee – 2 tbsp
    • Salt – ½ tsp
    • Curry Leaves – 6 nos

STEPS

Add equal amounts of boiled rice and Fingerlix Sambhar

Cook till you get a Khichdi-like texture, slightly thick and creamy

Add curry leaves and desi ghee, and continue to let it cook

Garnish with coriander and savoury boondi for taste

Serve to eat!
