**Serves: 3-4 people

INGREDIENTS

  • Fingerlix Idli Dosa Uttapam Batter
  • Banana – 2 nos
  • Jaggery – 4 tbsp
  • Desi Ghee – To grease the pan
  • Green Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – To taste

STEPS

Mash a banana and add jaggery, salt, & cardamom powder

For one banana, add 400gms of the Fingerlix Idli Dosa Uttapam Batter and whisk it till we have a thick and creamy mixture

Grease each mould of the special Paniyaram pan with desi ghee

Pour enough batter in each slot

Cook till they are golden brown, slightly crispy, and fluffy

Serve to eat!
